回顾了上海医学学科建设和人才培养的历史沿革,评估了上海医学学科人才建设计划的工作绩效,着重对学科人才建设工作模式创新的探索和工作绩效的成因进行了分析,提出了以下政策建议:整合各种有效资源,形成新的活力和合力,加大公共卫生领域学科人才建设;增强疾病预防控制能力、增强临床医学中心和重点学科辐射力;提升卫生事业软实力、构筑人才高地,组建全行业多层次的优秀团队等,还对未来全行业医学学科建设与人才培养发展的美好愿景进行了前瞻.%This paper reviewed the evolution of discipline and professional development of the medical sciences in Shanghai,evaluated the performance of the strategic planning for the discipline and professional development,explored the innovative model for developing the disciplines and professionals,analyzed the main reasons of the good performance.Some policy suggestions were proposed,including integrating all kinds of resources.forming new vigor and synergy,strengthening the development for the disciplines and professionals in public health,improving the capacity of the prevention and control of diseases,lncrcasing the impact of the clinical medical centers and key disciplines,enhancing the quality of health services,culturing more talent professionals,and developing the excellent team with multiple levels.Meanwhile,it was prospected that the medical discipline and professional development would make a good progress in the future.
