高学历医护人员临床科研能力培养路径思考

摘要

For the problems that 3 first-class ternary hospitals which are not directly affiliated to medical universities are facing in cultivating high-educated staff's scientific abilities,analyze the importance to carry out scientific work in clinic and discuss how to improve their scientific abilities from hospitals,departments and high-educated staff themselves.%针对当前三级甲等非医学院校直属综合型医院在高学历人员科研能力培养中的问题,分析高学历人员在临床工作中开展科研的必要性,并从医院、科室及自身三个层面探究如何提高他们的科研能力.
