As a separate discipline, Medical Physics in Britain and in America and other developed countries had been formed as early as in 1950s. Early in 1962, India had been on the establishment of medical physics, later on Singapore, China Hong Kong and Taiwan had established a system of medical physicist. In the year of 2011,the Ministry of Education and the State Council of China have published the 110 level subjects, the national medical physics community and Chinese Society of Medical Physics common concern that "Medical Physics" as an Independent discipline failed to be established, but however, as "A Professional Education of Medical Physics ", it has finally been established. That is the very future of China's medical institutions at all levels to speed up construction of medical physicist,and that is still the most important prerequisite and material basis. In a comprehensive overview on the basis of development of domestic and foreign medical physics , this paper presents and demonstrates the Chinese characteristics roadmap for medical physics professional Education and construction of medical physicist system.%医学物理学作为一门独立的学科,早在20世纪50年代就已经在英美等发达国家形成了.印度1962年就建立了医学物理学科,新加坡、中国香港和台湾也先后建立了医学物理师制度.在今年教育部和国务院学位已公布的110个一级学科中,全国医学物理学界和中国生物医学工程学会医学物理学分会普遍关注的“医学物理学”作为一级学科未能设立,但作为“医学物理专业”虽说“难产”终于确立,这对今后我国医疗机构加快医学物理师制度建设,仍是最为重要的前提和基础.在全面概述中外医学物理发展基础上,该文提出并展示了中国特色医学物理学教育和医学物理师制度建设路线图.
