医学院校实验教学耗材量化管理的实践

摘要

针对目前医学院校实验教学耗材管理粗放的现状,提出实验耗材量化管理模式,给出集中采购或经费切块分配两种管理模式下的量化分配数学模型,并简要说明耗材核算的方法步骤.%Aimed at the various problems arising from the experiment expenditure,a kind of quantitative management is put forward to the different management mode, which can not only cut down expenses but meet the need of experimental teaching to the utmost extent, and the related actors influencing the mode are also analyzed preliminarily.
