高校实验教学耗材量化管理模式的研究与实践

摘要

Aiming at the various problems arising from the experiment expenditure.this article puts forward a kind of quantitative management mode different from management modes* which can not only cut down expenses but meet the need of experimental teaching to the utmost extent, and the related actors influencing the mode are also analyzed preliminarily. Practice in teaching demonstrates that the quantitative management mode is good.%针对目前医学院校实验教学耗材管理粗放的现状,提出实验耗材量化管理模式,给出经费切块分配模式和集中采购模式两种管理模式下的量化管理数学模型,并简要说明耗材核算的方法和步骤.实践证明,量化管理模式能够大大节约耗材经费、提高工作效率.
