实施团队性医疗安全奖对降低医疗服务投诉的效果分析

         

摘要

Purpose The paper aims to discuss the effect of the implementation of Team Medical Safety Award on reducing medical service complaints. Method The retrospective survey is employed to carry out statistics and comparison on the conditions of medical service complaints in the same period before and after the implementation of Team Medical Safety Award in the hospital. Result From April to December of 2014 after the implementation of Team Medical Safety Award, the complaints about medical service were significantly reduced compared to the same period in 2013 before the award's implementation, especially in the aspect of service attitude, decreasing by 58%. Conclusion The implementation of Team Medical Safety Award is in favor of improving the quality of medical service and reducing relevant complaints.%目的:探讨团队性医疗安全奖的实施对降低医疗服务投诉的效果。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,统计比较我院实施团队性医疗安全奖前后同期的医疗服务投诉情况。结果实施团队性医疗安全奖后的2014年4月~12月,医疗服务投诉较实施前的2013年同期明显减少,尤其是服务态度投诉下降了58%。结论团队性医疗安全奖的实施有利于改善医疗服务质量,减少投诉。
