医用超声耦合剂体外细胞毒性检测的探讨

摘要

应用MTT比色法和琼脂覆盖法检测无菌耦合剂的细胞毒性。MTT比色法检测时，同一浸提液在细胞接种密度高时，毒性级别低，反之亦然。同一材料琼脂覆盖法检测的细胞毒性结果与MTT法的结果也不一致。由于MTT比色法具有定量评价的优点，更适合耦合剂的细胞毒性检测，但是必须明确试验条件以及浸提液制备方法。建议进一步完善医用超声耦合剂体外细胞毒性检测方法。%The cytotoxicity of medical ultrasonic couplant was tested by MTT assay and agar overlay test.By MTT assay,when the inoculum density was high, the cytotoxicity level was low, or vice versa. The cytotoxicity grade tested by agar overlay was not accord to MTT assay’s too. MTT assay is suitable to test the cytotoxicity of medical ultrasonic couplant because it is quantitative and more sensitive, however, the experimental condition and the preparative method of extraction should be determined.
