防辐射智能自动跟踪防护帘研制

         

摘要

针对传统X光检测采取被动防护方式的不足,该文结合自动控制技术,设计出一种主动防护X射线设备。该设备基于PLC智能自动检测控制,并可以自动探测病人接受X射线照射部位,智能调节位于病人和拍摄设备之间的防辐射自动跟踪防护装置高度,达到智能保护病人未接受照射部位的目的。该设备具有自动调整防辐射装置高度、减少未照射区X线辐射和提高工作效率的优点。经专业机构检测,该设备能将病人未照射的区域的X射线剂量降低90%以上。%In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional X-ray inspection taking passive protection mode, this paper combines the automatic control technology, puts forward a kind of active protection X-ray equipment. The device of automatic detection of patients receiving X-ray irradiation part, inteligent adjustment in patients and shooting device between automatic tracking radiation protection device height. The device has the advantages of automatic adjustment, anti-radiation device, reduce the height of non-irradiated area X-ray radiation and improve the work efficiency. Testing by the professional organization, the device can decrease more than 90% of X-ray dose for patients with non-irradiated area.
