64层螺旋CT心脏冠状动脉检查前瞻性心电门控扫描技术降低辐射剂量的研究

     

摘要

Purpose To investigate the value of Snap-Shot Pulse (SSP) technique in reducing radiation dosage of CT Coronary angiography(CTCA) examination with 64-slice spiral CT. Materials and Methods A1l 83 patients with CTCA scanning were divided into 2 groups:Group A (n = 36) with Helical scanning; group B with SSP scanning (n = 47). Heart rate and body mass index of the patients, picture noise, score of coronary artery, CTDlvol, DLP and ED of two groups were compared. Results 80.1% radiation dosage was reduced of group B compared with that in group A. Average radiation dosage of group A was 21.6mSv, and that of group B was 4.3mSv. There were no significant difference of patient’s heart rate, BMI, image quality score and image noise between two groups. Conclusion SSP scanning effectively reduces the radiation dosage in CTCA examination.%目的 探讨前瞻性心电门控扫描在64 层螺旋CT 心脏冠状动脉成像(CTCA )中降低X 线辐射剂量的作用.资料与方法83 例患者按照就诊先后顺序随机分成两组,A 组(36 例)采用回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描技术;B 组(47 例)采用前门控(SSP )扫描.比较各组患者的心率、体重指数、图像噪声、冠状动脉评分、CT 剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP )和有效剂量(ED).结果 A 组平均辐射剂量为21.6mSv ;B 组为4.3mSv,B 组较A 组降低约80.1%(P <0.01),两组病例心率、体重指数、图像噪声和质量评分差异无统计学意义(P >0.05).所获图像均能满足临床诊断需要.结论 在保证图像质量的前提下,前瞻性心电门控扫描技术可明显降低CTCA 检查的辐射剂量.
