Purpose To explore the CT appearance of splenic angioma and evaluate the application of CT to the diagnosis of splenic angioma. Materials and Methods CT findings in 5 cases of splenic angioma were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent total splenectomy and pathologic examination. Results 3 patients had solitary lesions,2 patients had multiple lesions. 1 case of littoral cell angioma appeared as multiple small hypoattenuating nodules in an enlarged spleen with minimal enhancement.1 case of cavernous hemangioma was cystic with no obvious enhancement. Another 3 cases of cavernous hemangioma appeared as oval masses with low density, demonstrated mild and continuing enhancement in delayed phase with a advanced tendency.Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosis of splenic angioma using CT was not high.%目的 探讨脾血管瘤的CT表现,评价CT检查对脾血管瘤的诊断价值.资料与方法 回顾性分析的行脾全切术经病理证实的5例脾血管瘤的CT表现.结果 3例为单发病灶,2例为多发病灶.1例窦岸细胞瘤表现为脾大,脾内多发点、片状低密度影,增强扫描轻度强化.1例海绵状血管瘤表现为囊性占位,增强扫描强化不明显.3 例表现为类圆形低密度影,增强后有中度强化,延迟期持续强化,并有推进趋势.结论 CT术前诊断脾血管瘤准确率不高.
