磁共振扩散张量成像技术在骨骼肌损伤中的应用进展

         

摘要

Skeletal muscle injury is very common in clinical. MRI is the most versatile and robust imaging techniques in evaluating skeletal muscle injury because of its unparalleled soft tissue resolution. As a new technique of imaging, DTI has been applied in clinical research recently. By exploiting and characterizing diffusion anisotropy of water molecular in muscle, DTI can provide information about tissue anatomy and reconstruct 3-dimensional in muscle fiber to evaluate skeletal muscle injury, severity grade and determine the treatment.%骨骼肌损伤在临床十分常见.MRI凭借对软组织的高分辨力、可多切面成像等优点成为评估骨骼肌损伤的最佳影像学方法之一.DTI是近年兴起的影像学新技术,通过对肌肉水分子各向异性进行成像,能够无创性地反映体内水分子扩散情况,借助特定软件能够再现肌纤维走行,无创评价骨骼肌损伤情况,以利于临床诊治.
