目的 探讨胎儿胆囊的正常值,为产前检查提供评价胎儿生长发育的新的指标.方法 收集在徐州市妇幼保健院接受产前检查且发育正常的1345胎15～40孕周胎儿,测量不同孕周胎儿胆囊的各项参数,评估胆囊的生长发育情况.结果 ①胆囊各项参数与孕周呈正相关(P均＜0.01)).胆囊长径及周长与孕周的相关性最显著(长径:r=0.806,周长:r=0.788).②经腹超声探查最早可在14周显示胎儿胆囊,但显示率仅为17.00％;16～35周胎儿的胆囊超声显示率均可达90％以上,最高可达100％;36周后显示率明显下降,至38周时显示率为64.71％.结论 提供不同孕周胎儿胆囊的正常参考值范围及显示率,可为评估胎儿生长发育提供新的指标.%Objective To explore reference ranges of the fetal gallbladder, so as to provide new indexes for the evaluation of fetal gallbladder of different gestation ages. Methods Totally 1345 normal fetuses of 15 to 40 gestation weeks were enrolled. The largest sagittal plane and the maximum cross section diameter of fetal gallbladder of different gestational ages were measured, and the growth and development of gallbladder were assessed. Results ①The measured parameters of fetal gallbladder.had significantly positive relationship with gestational ages (all P<0. 01), and the correlations of the length and the perimeter with the gestational age (r=0. 806 and r=0. 788, respectively) were better than the other parameters. ②Through transabdominal scanning, the first time that ultrasound showed fetal gallbladder was in the 14th week, but the visualization was only 17. 00%. From 16 to 35 weeks, the average visualization was higher than 90% , even to 100%. After the 36th week, the visualization decreased significantly, and dropped to 64. 71 % in the 38th week. Conclusion Reference values and the visualization rate of normal fetal gallbladder by ultrasound are helpful to the evaluation of fetal development.
