超声监测掌骨平面产前筛查胎儿严重手畸形

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the value of ultrasound monitoring of metacarpal plane in prenatal screening for fetal severe hand deformities. Methods A total of 11 951 pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasonography, the 2nd to 5th metacarpal plane in fetuses were observed. Results Totally 37 fetuses with severe hand deformities were diagnosed with prenatal ultrasonography (3 with absent hand, 3 with cleft hand, 7 with ectrodactyly, 11 with congenital hypoplasia or aplasia of the radius, 2 with distal upper limb and hand absence, 9 with lethal skeletal dysplasia, 2 with polydacty), while 5 fetuses were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring of metacarpal plane plays an important role in prenatal screening for fetal severe hand deformities.%目的 探讨超声监测掌骨平面在胎儿严重手畸形中的产前筛查的价值.方法 对11 951名孕妇进行产前超声检查,观察胎儿第2~5掌骨平面.结果 产前超声共检出37胎严重手畸形(手缺如3胎、裂手畸形3胎、缺指畸形7胎、桡骨发育不全或缺如11胎、上肢远端及手缺如2胎、致死性骨发育不良9胎、多指2胎),漏诊5胎.结论 超声监测掌骨平面在胎儿严重手畸形筛查中具有重要价值.
