互动式教学在儿科高级生命支持培训中的实践与效果

摘要

互动式教学以学员为中心,通过教员与学员之间的积极互动,可以最大限度地激发学员主动进行学习和思考.首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院在儿科高级生命支持培训中开展互动式教学实践,并对教学效果进行了评价.结果 表明,在为不同临床背景的儿科医生或护士提供标准化的高级生命支持培训时,互动式教学取得了传统教学方式难以达到的效果,值得在医学理论教学和技能培训中推广.%As a student-centered method, interactive teaching maximally inspires active thinking and learning of the trainees by reinforcing the positive interaction between instructors and trainees. In Beijing Children's Hospital interactive teaching was practiced in pediatric advanced life support training and the effect was evaluated. Through interactive teaching, standardized advanced life support information and knowledge were delivered to the trainees regardless of the different clinical background among pediatricians and nurses, and good effect which conventional teaching method could hardly get was attained. It is believed that interactive teaching could be a valuable teaching method for medical theory teaching and skill training.
