基础医学整合教学与基础医学传统教学效果之比较

摘要

目的 研究基础医学课程整合教学的可行性和教学效果.方法 选择上海健康医学院2013级高职护理专业761名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为7个班,1班~4班设为实验组实施基础医学整合教学;5班~7班设为对照组实施基础医学传统教学.通过比较两组学生考试成绩,对学生、基础医学课程教师、后期护理专业课程教师进行问卷调查评价两组教学效果.结果 实验组学生考试成绩及其建立整体的基础医学知识、自主学习能力、综合分析能力等问卷调查评价的结果均优于对照组学生.结论 基础医学整合教学效果优于基础医学传统教学效果,应该在高职护理专业基础医学课程教学中推广.%Objective To study the feasibility and effects of integrated basic medicine teaching method.Methods The study choose 761 high vocational nursing students in grade 2013 as study object,the students were randomly divided into 7 classes,integrated basic medicine course was taken in class 1,2,3 and 4 which is experiment group,while traditional course was taken in class 5,6 and 7 which is control group.A survey was conducted among students,basic medicine teachers and specialized teachers.Academic scored was analyzed between experiment group and control group.Results The examination scores of experiment group were higher than that of the control group.The abilities of establishing systematic knowledge of basic medicine,self-learning and comprehensive analysis of experimental group were much better than that of control group.The difference was significant.Conclusions Teaching effects of integrated basic medicine teaching method is better than traditional teaching method and is worth promoting.
