胸外科课间PBL教学实践中的“问题”构建

摘要

PBL教学已经成为培养医学生自主学习和解决问题的重要教学方式,其基本要素是场景真实性和问题的构建.胸外科临床见习是临床实践教学的重要组成部分.授课教师总结、分析胸外科课间PBL教学的实践经验,对PBL中“问题”构建的重要性有新的认识和体会,并结合文献复习,针对性进行了一些改进和探索,取得了良好的效果.%Problem-based learning ( PBL ) has become the major teaching method to cultivate medical student's autonomous learning and their ability to solve problems.It's basic elements are the scene authenticity and problem construction.Thoratic surgery clinical probation is the most important part of clinical teaching.The author summerized and analysized the PBL teaching experience in thoratic surgery and had some new understanding and experience on the problem construction,and therefore made some exploration and improvement to it and got some good teaching effect.
