外科实习医生职业损伤危险因素及干预效果

摘要

分析外科实习中因工受伤的原因，探讨其危害及相应的预防措施。采用自行设计的调查表，对本院2008年10月—2009年9月共377名实习生在普外科实习期间因工受伤情况进行回顾性调查，并对调查结果 进行分析。从中发现，临床实习医生缺乏预防损伤的相关知识培训；职业防护意识淡薄；操作不熟练；锐器伤发生率高。因此，制订完善的宣教、培训及治疗方案将有助于减少实习医生职业损伤及血源性疾病的发生。%To analyze the reasons of injuries during surgical practices and explore the hazards and the corresponding preventive measures. The surgical interns don't receive enough training of injury prevention. They don't pay enough attention to the occupational prevention and are not skilled in operation, which causes high rate of sharp edged instrument injuries. Therefore, a perfect plan of education, training and treatment must be made to reduce the occupational injuries and blood sourced diseases.
