In the medical field, the innovation education is to cultivate residents in China, which is an important way to senior medical elite. By analyzing competency-based neurosurgery residency training mode, the training methods for innovative ability of competency-based neurosurgeon are further discussed, for the purpose of reforming the training mode of neurosurgeon, improving creative ability and scientific clinical thinking ability.%初步探讨以能力为本创新型神经外科医师的培养方法,强调以问题为基础的主动性学习,建议施行以能力而非年限为基础的临床和科研训练,以达到改革现有培养模式、对神经外科学医师进行创新能力与科学临床思维能力培养的综合目标.
