基于非参数HMB指数法的区域创新效率变动分析

摘要

Based on the provincial panel data from 1998 to 2007, science and technology innovation efficiency is calculated and decomposed by non-parametric HMB index approach. Then the paper tests the convergence hypothesis of the innovation efficiency. The calculation results show that the innovation efficiency has been increasing from 1998 to 2007 due to technical progress and scale efficiency.Moreover, the convergence analysis suggests that the unconditionalβ convergence and the conditional β convergence coexist in science and technology innovation efficiency.%利用1998～2007年间省际面板数据,基于非参数HMB指数法对科技创新效率进行了测算和分解,并在此基础上对其进行了收敛分析.测算结果表明,1998～2007年间我国科技创新效率呈现出增长的态势,其动力来源于技术进步和规模效率;收敛分析结果表明,我国科技创新效率同时存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛.
