社会资本、组织学习与企业升级的关系研究——基于珠三角代工企业的实证分析

     

摘要

Upgrading is the process of the stepwise development of the manufacturing skills of OEMs from simple to more complicated tasks, which can be regarded as a highly effective approach for supporting competitive advantage. This paper regards organizational learning as a process to enhance the technical capacity and to realize enterprise upgrading. The process of OEMs' upgrading from organizational learning includes knowledge acquisition from partners, knowledge processing in OEMs, knowledge application in OEMs, and so forth. In addition, organizational learning is also affected by OEMs' resources, which are defined in this article as social capital. This paper divides the upgrading into process upgrading, product upgrading and functional upgrading, and explores empirically the research of the relationship among social capital, supplier involvement, and upgrading. The results show: i) OEMs' social capital has a positive effect on OEMs' organizational learning; ii) organizational learning has a positive effect on OEMs' process upgrading and product upgrading and iii) Organizational learning also has a positive effect on OEMs' functional upgrading.%升级是代工企业制造技能从简单到复杂逐渐发展的过程,是维持竞争优势的一种高效方法.组织学习是代工企业技术能力提升进而实现企业升级的必要途径.代工企业通过组织学习实现企业升级的过程为:外部知识获取、组织内部知识处理和组织内部知识运用等.此外,组织学习还会受到代工企业资源的影响.将代工企业升级的类型分为流程升级、产品升级和功能升级,实证分析了代工企业社会资本、组织学习和企业升级之间的关系.研究结果表明:代工企业社会资本对其组织学习有显著的正向影响;组织学习对代工企业的流程升级、产品升级及功能升级有显著的正向影响.
