Study of Relation between Social Capitals and Entrepreneurship among Post Office' Employees of Fares on 2015

The current study aims to investigate the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship among employees of the post office in Fars Province in 2015, given the rapid growth in the number of complex and new competitors, a sense of distrust toward the traditional management methods of companies, downsize of some the company's best and the brightest employees to be come small entrepreneurs, international competition, shrinking the large companies and general desire to enhance efficiency and productivity. This rese arch is practical, in terms of purpose and is a survey in terms of data collection nature and data collec tion tool is questionnaire. Statistical population of this study consists of all employees of the post office in Fars province. The statistical sample was estimated about 326 samples selected by clustered sampling method. The questionnaire validity coeffi cient of 78% was estimated according to Cronbach's alpha. The regression analysis findings indicates that, risk taking variable with 0.233 beta and gender variable with .194 be ta could be effective on entrepreneurship variable with risk taking showing the greatest impact on entrepreneurship variable.
