重视尿白蛋白检测的临床应用

摘要

尿白蛋白检测的临床应用日趋广泛.选取合适的尿白蛋白检测标本的留取方式和判断值是面临的重要问题.本文就这两个问题进行讨论.同时指出,应进行更多的临床应用研究以获得循证医学的支持.%Urine albumin measurements are widely used to identify and monitor patients with kidney damage. The time of sample collection and the cut-off point which are used for interpretation are the important issues for the use of urine albumin measurements have been discussed. More clinical researches and investigations are needed in order to acquire the support from evidence-based medicine.
