流式细胞技术在消化系统疾病中的应用

Digestive diseases, are various types of frequently encounted clinical disorders .at present, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of digestive diseases , in addition to laboratory tests (biochemistry, immunology, cytology and bacterial genetics , etc.), to a large extent still rely on imaging studies.Flow cytometry is a function of the level of single cells or other biological particles for quantitative analysis and sorting means of detection , which can be tens of thousands of high -speed analysis of cells and can simultaneously from a cell a plurality of measured parameters , high speed, high precision, accuracy, etc., become the most advanced cellular quantitative analysis techniques .In recent years, flow cytometry is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer , liver cirrhosis, Crohn′s disease, ulcerative colitis and other digestive diseases.%消化系统疾病是临床各类病症中的常见病、多发病。目前，消化系统疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断，除了实验室检查（生物化学、免疫学、细胞学、病原学及基因学等）外，在很大程度上仍然依赖于影像学检查。流式细胞术（FCM）是一种在功能水平上对单细胞或其他生物粒子进行定量分析和分选的检测手段，它可以高速分析上万个细胞，并能同时从一个细胞中测得多个参数，具有速度快、精度高、准确性好等优点，成为当代最先进的细胞定量分析技术。近年来，流式细胞检测技术广泛应用于消化道肿瘤、肝硬化、溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病等消化系统疾病的诊断与治疗中。（中华检验医学杂志，2016，39：562－564）
