Objective To establish a suitable hematology review criteria for traum atic orthopedics.M ethods The to1al 1050 clinical bbod sam ples are detected by Sysn ex X E-2100 hemato logy analyzer and m icroscopic exam ination .Base on "41 Items of In ternational Consensus Review Rules" and 1he 23 H an atobgy Review criteria established by "XE-2100 review criteria oiganiation" ,we established 1he initial han atobgy review criteria .U sing 840 test date and m icroscopic exam ination results ,w e evaluated the initial criteria and the six in proved options.210 samples were used to verify the in proved options. Results Apply to 1he initial criteria,the false positive ratio was 19 .05% ,1he false negative mtio was 2 .5% ,and 1he recheck ratio was 22 .02% .W hile apply to 1he final crife- ria,the ialse positive mtio was 10 .36% ,1he ialse negative mtio was 2 .86% ,and 1he recheck mtio was 12 .98% .Accoiding ti 1he statistical result and 1he clinical suggestion ,1he final hem atobgy review criteria w ere confhm ed for team atic orthopedics .The result of verification test show ed 1he ialse negative ratio within 5% .Conclusion Using 1he criteria reduced 1he recheck mtio, in proved 1he woik efficiency ,they w ere suitable for team atic orthopedics.%目的 制定适用创伤骨科的外周全血细胞复检规则.方法 采用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测骨科临床标本共计1050份,同时制备双份血涂片进行双盲镜检.参考"国际血液学41条复检规则"、"XE-2100复检协作组"23条复检规则,初步制定适用创伤骨科的复检规则,用840例标本对初步制定的复检规则及6个改进方案进行评估.选用210份临床标本对复检规则进行验证.结果 使用初步制定的复检规则假阳性率19.05%、假阴性率2.5%、复检率为22.02%.改进后最终复检规则假阳性率10.36%、假阴性率2.86%、复检率为12.98%.根据统计结果并结合临床医师的意见确定该方案为适用创伤骨科的外周全血细胞复检规则.经验证试验,满足假阴性小于5%的要求.结论 使用本规则复检率明显减低,提高了工作效率,适用于创伤骨科.
