Objective To study w heftier alkabid from m istletoe induces apoptisis of cellsof adenoid cystic carcincmaof salivary gland (ACC cell) via activation of caspase3 .M eihods the cellswere divided into three groups(control group 2.24 μg/m lakabid group ,1.12μg/m lakabid group) ,the expressive status of caspase3 in three groups were detected by fluorescence and inmunohisto-chan istry staining ,the expression of alkabid groups is obviously higher than the control groups .R esults The expression of caspase3 of alkabid group w as m uch higher than that of control groups(ρ<0 .01) ,and the expression is stronger w ith the higher concentration of alkaloid.Conclusion alkabid of mistletoe induces apoptisis of ACC cellvia activation of caspase3 and the increased caspase3 ac-tivity is dose dependent.%目的 证实槲寄生碱(mistletoe alkali,MA)通过激活Caspase-3诱导人涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞(ACC)凋亡.方法 将ACC细胞分为三组,即对照组、2.24 μg/ml槲寄生碱处理组和1.12 μg/ml槲寄生碱处理组,采用荧光染色法和免疫组织化学染色方法,检测三组细胞中Caspase-3蛋白的表达情况.结果 槲寄生碱组Caspase-3表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且药浓度越高,Caspase-3表达越强.结论 槲寄生碱可通过激活Caspase 3诱导ACC细胞凋亡,并呈剂量依赖性.
