Objective To investigate the significance of β human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP),free estriol (FE3) expression levels in the second trim ester pregnant woman.Methods The serum β-HCG ,AFP ,FE3 level in 5063 cases of 14 .0-21+6 weeks of gestation in pregnant women was respectively detected by ECIA to screen the positive patients.Results 85 cases having birth defects were detected from 5 063 cases,the detection rate was 1.68％ ,80 cases was false positive and the false-positive rate was 1.58％ .4978 cases having normal new borns,the serum β-HCG ,AFP ,FE3 normal values was (1.15±0.88),(1.22± 0.75 ), (1.31 ±0.88 ) MOM respectively .The detection rate had no significant difference between the high-risk and the fetal birth defects lying-in woman(P＞0.05).Conclusion It is effective method of prenatal diagnosis combined with β-HCG,AFP and FE3 detection.%目的 探讨孕中期β绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、游离雌三醇(FE3)激素表达水平的意义.方法 化学发光免疫分析法检测5063例孕周14.0-21+6的妊娠妇女血清β-HCG、AFP、FE3的水平,筛查阳性患者.结果 5063例孕妇共检出出生缺陷85例,检出率1.68%,假阳性80例,假阳性率1.58%.4978例正常新生儿,其母亲血清β-HCG 、AFP、FE3的正常值分别为(1.15±0.88)、(1.22±0.75)、(1.31±0.88)MOM.高危产妇与正常产妇出生缺陷胎儿的检出率无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 β-HCG、AFP、FE3联合检测是严重胎儿缺陷产前诊断的有效方法.
