利用组织芯片检测水通道蛋白1在乳腺癌组织中的表达

摘要

目的 检测水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义.方法 购买含有32对乳腺癌组织标本及癌旁正常乳腺组织标本的组织芯片,应用免疫组织化学方法检测AQP1的表达.结果 乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常乳腺组织中AQP1的平均表达率分别为70.56±14.71%、18.64±8.54%,二者存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论 AQP1在乳腺癌组织中表达增高,AQP1可能与乳腺癌生长、转移有关.%Objective to explore the expression of aquaporin-1. (AQP1) in breast cancer tissue and its clinical significance . Methods a tissue microarray containing 32 cases of breast cancer tissues and non-cancerous adjacent tissues was assessed immuno-histochemistry to detect expression of AQP1 .Results the expression rate of AQP1 in cancerous group was 70 .56±14.71％ ,and that in normal group was 18 .64±8 .54％ ;there was significantly difference between the two groups ( ρ＜0 .05 ) .Conclusion the expres-sion of AQP1 in breast cancer tissue is remarkably higher than non-cancerous breast tissue .It suggests that AQP1 may be related to the growth and metastasis of breast cancer .
