FISH技术探讨hTERC基因与子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和宫颈癌的相关性

         

摘要

Objective Application of FISH detection methods, reserch hTERC gene expression in cervical intraepi thelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Methods 120 cervical exfoliated cell specimens were selected, In order to detect hTERC gene amplification situation in these specimens by FISH technique. Results by statistical analysis,in this five group(normal and CINK .normal and CINUI .normal and cervical cancer.CIN T and cervical cancer.CINK and cervical cancer) ,the positive rates of hTERC gene amplification was significantly different, with cervical lesions level increased, the positive rate of hTERC gene amplification increased significantly. Conclusion hTERC gene amplification is closely related with cervical cancer; at LCT and HPV for cervical cancer detection,the detection of hTERC gene amplification, contribute to diagnose cervical cancer and precancerous lesion and predict Whether or not progress to cervical cancer.%目的 应用荧光原位杂交技术检测研究子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和宫颈癌人类染色体末端酶(hTERC)基因表达情况.方法 收集120例LCT标本,应用荧光原位杂交技术检测hTERC基因扩增情况.结果 hTERC基因异常扩增阳性率在正常对照组与CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌组间有显著性差异(P<0.01),在宫颈癌与CINⅠ、CINⅡ间有显著性差异(P<0.05),随着宫颈病变级别增加,hTERC基因异常扩增的阳性率明显增加.结论 hTERC基因异常扩增与宫颈癌密切相关;在LCT检查和HPV检测筛查宫颈癌的同时,检测hTERC基因扩增,有助于宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断,是预测癌前病变是否向宫颈癌进展的重要指标.
