动态肺功能测定在支气管炎与支气管哮喘中的诊断作用

摘要

目的：通过回顾性分析，了解动态肺功能测定在支气管炎及支气管哮喘诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院呼吸科近五年收治的气管炎及支气管哮喘支患者208例，回顾性分析支气管炎及支气管哮喘患者的动态肺功能检测数据及其他相关数据，了解动态肺功能测定对支气管炎及支气管哮喘诊断的准确性。结果支气管炎患者凌晨、白天及夜间的呼气峰值流速（PEF）值、FEV1占预计值百分比以及 FEV1／FVC 值相近；支气管哮喘患者白天的PEF 值、FEV1占预计值百分比以及 FEV1／FVC 值高于夜间及凌晨的数据；在临床应用中，动态肺功能测定结果对支气管炎及支气管哮喘诊断率分别88．7％和92．2％。结论动态肺功能测定检查技术在支气管炎及支气管哮喘的诊断和鉴别诊断中有应用价值，因其能够客观地表现出气道功能的24小时自然变化及气流受限的程度及指导选择用药，对临床具有指导意义，值得临床推广。%Objective Through the retrospective analysis,to understand the dynamic lung function measurement val-ue in the diagnosis of bronchitis and bronchial asthma.Methods Our hospital respiratory nearly five years treated 208 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma,bronchitis were retrospectively analyzed and the test data of dynamic lung function in patients with bronchial asthma,and other relevant data,to understand the dynamic lung function measurement accuracy of diagnosis of bronchitis and bronchial asthma.Results Bronchitis patients,during the day and night in the morning peak expiratory flow (PEF)value,FEV1 percentage of expected values and FEV1/FVC compared with similar values;Bronchial asthma is expected value of PEF value,FEV1 percentage during the day and FEV1/FVC value higher than the data in the morning and at night;Dynamic lung function in clinical application,the de-termination results of bronchitis and bronchial asthma diagnosis rate were 88.7% and 92.2%,respectively.Conclusion Dynamic lung function measurement inspection technique in bronchial asthma and bronchitis with application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of,because it can exhibit the 24-hour natural changes in the airway function and airflow limitation and select administration,to give a guidance of clinical,worth clinical promotion.
