自制肿瘤标志物室内质控血清的应用评价

摘要

Objective To explore feasibility of home-made quality control material.Methods home-made quality control material was prepare by using routine residual serum and was run on Cobas8000 with daily serum samples and RIO-RAD control.Results home-made quality control material show good stability and have no significant difference with RIO-RAD control(P>0.05).Conclusion home-made quality control serum have advantages of low cost,good stability,and can meet the requirements of internal quality control.%目的：探讨患者血清作为化学发光法检测肿瘤标志物室内质控品的可行性。方法收集日常工作中无传染性的剩余血清，自制甲胎蛋白等8个肿瘤标志物项目的高值、低值室内质控品，每日随日常标本一同在 Cobas8000分析仪上进行检测，对其精密度及稳定性等参数进行分析。并用伯乐公司（BIO-RAD）质控品进行跟踪比较。结果在Cobas8000分析仪上，实验室自制质控品各项指标与BIO-RAD质控品无统计学差别（P＞0．05）。结论自制质控品具有制备过程简便、稳定性好、成本低等优点，可以满足室内质量控制的要求。
