VEGF、IL-6表达水平在糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中的差异性分析

摘要

目的 探究不同程度糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清及房水中的VEGF、IL-6水平差异.方法 研究对象选取2015.1-2015.12我院收治的90例糖尿病患者,根据视网膜病变程度进行分组,包括无糖尿病性视网膜病变组32例(A组),非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变27例(B组),增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变31例(C组),并选取同期收治的30例老年性白内障患者作为对照组,采用ELISA法对4组患者的血清及眼房水中的VEGF、IL-6水平进行测定并分析其差异性.结果 无论在血清还是眼房水中,VEGF、IL-6表达程度均为C组>B组>A组>对照组,且两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),从同组表达水平来看,四组患者血清中的VEGF、IL-6的表达水平显著低于眼房水中的VEGF、IL-6的表达水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从相关性分析来看,A、B、C三组患者血清中的VEGF、IL-6的表达水平均与眼房水中的表达水平呈正相关.结论 VEGF、IL-6水平随着糖尿病病变程度的加深表达水平存在差异性,提示两者可能在视网膜病变的发生发展中有着重要的作用,血清及眼房水中的VEGF、IL-6表达具有一致性.%Objective To explore the differences of VEGF and IL-6 in serum and aqueous humor of patients with different causes of retinopathy.Methods Ninety patients with retinopathy were enrolled in our hospital from 2015.1 to 2015.12.According to their etiology,32 retinopathy patients (group A),27 patients with simple retinopathy (group B) (Group C),30 senile cataract patients were selected as the control group.All the patients were monocular.The levels of VEGF in the serum and aqueous humor of the four groups were measured by ELISA.IL-6 levels were measured and an-alyzed the difference.Results The results of VEGF and IL-6 showed that the expression of VEGF and IL-6 in the ser-um and in the ocular aqueous humor was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05),and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05).And in all groups,the expression of VEGF and IL-6 in the serum was sig-nificantly lower than that in the aqueous humor (P <0.05).From the correlation analysis,the levels of A,B,The ex-pression levels of VEGF and IL-6 in the sera of three groups were positively correlated with the expression levels in the aqueous humor.Conclusion The expression of VEGF and IL-6 in diabetic retinopathy may be related to the develop-ment of diabetic retinopathy.The expression of VEGF and IL-6 in serum and ocular aqueous humor has a significant difference consistency.
