Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Luofeng No. 1 recipe for treatment of angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrome. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into three groups : The routine treatment group, the treatment group treated with Luofeng No. 1 Recipe, and control group treated with Tongxin-luo capsule for 30 days. The efficacy was assessed based on the amelioration of angina, symptoms and signs, electrocardiography (ECG) and blood rheology. Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group and the control group were 88% and 84%, which were better than that in the routine treatment group (56 % ,P<0. 05). The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 92% and 88%, which were better than that in the routine treatment group (42% ,P<0. 05). The total effective rate of in the treatment group was 58% , which was better than that in the routine treatment group (36% ,P<0. 05). No adverse reaction and effect on hepatorenal function was observed. Conclusion Luofeng No. 1 recipe had a good clinical effect for angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrome.%目的 观察络风一号治疗冠心病心绞痛血瘀型的疗效及不良反应.方法 共收集冠心病心绞痛血瘀证患者有效病例150例,随机分为常规治疗组、对照组(通心络胶囊治疗组)和试验组(络风一号治疗组),各50例.常规治疗组采用常规治疗:阿司匹林100 mg,每日1次,美托洛尔(倍他乐克)12.5 mg～25 mg,每日2次,立普妥20 mg,每晚1次.对照组在常规治疗的基础上服用通心络胶囊3粒,每日3次.试验组在常规治疗的基础上服用络风一号,1袋/次,每日2次.3组疗程均为30 d.结果 对照组及试验组心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为84%、88%,中医症状总有效率分别为88%、92%,优于常规治疗组的56%、42%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).试验组心电图疗效总有效率58%,优于常规治疗组的36%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 络风一号是治疗冠心病心绞痛(血瘀型)安全、有效.
