糖尿病睡眠障碍中西医结合诊疗对策探讨

Clinical manifestation and pathogenesis of diabetes - related sleep disorders are complicated, and it impacts the development and prognosis of the disease significantly. In addition to sleep disorders induced by debilitation of their brain function, anxiety or depression, there are obesity obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome caused by diabetic foot, hypoglycemia by hypoglycemic drugs, as well as other complications resulted by sleep disorders, such as ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar glucose coma. The diagnosis and treatment of diabetes - related sleep disorders are discussed by integrative medicine in order to improve the level of medical treatment.%糖尿病相关性睡眠障碍,临床表现形式多样,病因病机复杂,对病情发展、预后具有重大影响.除本身脑功能衰弱性睡眠失调,抑郁或焦虑状态所致睡眠障碍外,尚有肥胖者的阻塞性睡眠呼吸异常,糖尿病足引起的下肢不安腿综合征,降糖药物的低血糖反应,其他并发症导致的睡眠紊乱,以及酮症酸中毒或非酮症高渗性葡萄糖性昏迷前造成的睡眠障碍等.目前国内文献对此论及甚少,现就其中西医结合诊断和疗对策进行探讨,以提高医疗水平.
