高血压病患者白介素6与心脑血管梗死事件及中医证候的关联性研究

摘要

目的：研究高血压病患者血清白介素6(IL 6)与心脑血管梗死事件及中医证候的相关性。方法收集226例高血压病患者的临床资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者的血清 IL 6浓度,分析 IL 6与心脑血管梗死事件及中医证候的相关性。结果相关分析显示,高血压病患者的血清 IL 6浓度与并发心脑血管梗死事件呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。痰证患者的血清 IL 6浓度[中位数(四分位数间距)]显著高于非痰证患者[30.56(99.40)pg/mL vs 3.03(99.87)pg/mL,(P<0.01)],并且 IL 6与痰证的出现呈正相关关系(r=0.371,P<0.01)。结论 IL 6对评估高血压病患者并发心脑血管梗死事件的风险和辅助中医痰证的辨证具有一定参考价值。%Objective To study the correlation between interleukin 6 (IL 6),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular infarction events, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome in patients with hypertension.Methods Clinical data of 226 patients with essential hypertension were collected.The serum concentration of IL 6 was detected by ELISA.Then the correlation between IL 6,infarction events and TCM syndromes were analyzed.Results The analysis showed that cardiovascular and cerebrovascular infarction events was positively correlated with the serum concentration of IL 6 (P<0.01).Compared with non phlegm syndrome group,the serum concentration of IL 6 was increased significantly in phlegm syndrome group (P<0.01).Furthermore,there was a positive correla-tion between IL 6 and phlegm syndrome (P<0.01).Conclusion IL 6 had some reference value to evaluate the risk of the cardio-vascular and cerebrovascular events and to assist TCM differentiation of phlegm syndrome in patients with hypertension.
