基于网络药理学的菊花舒心片治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的作用靶点预测

摘要

目的：基于网络药理学预测菊花舒心片治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的作用靶点。方法综合利用 Drugbank 数据库、Therapeutic Target Database数据库及 idTarget服务器的数据信息,Cytoscape3.2.1软件、ClueGO 软件的分析功能,构建稳定型心绞痛的分子生物网络、菊花舒心片的成分靶点网络及菊花舒心片成分稳定型心绞痛靶点网络,从多个角度探索菊花舒心片治疗稳定型心绞痛潜在的分子机制。结果菊花舒心片可直接作用于12个稳定型心绞痛靶点及83个与稳定型心绞痛相关的靶点,这些靶点可通过抗氧化损伤、改善内皮功能、抗炎等发挥对心血管系统的保护作用。结论菊花舒心片可通过多靶点、多途径,直接或间接的发挥对稳定型心绞痛的治疗作用。%Objective To predict potential targets of Juhua Shuxin tablets(JST)on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD)by network pharmacology. Methods To integrate the targets information of Drugbank,Therapeutic Target Database and id-Target database,and use Cytoscape software to construct and visualize molecular network of stable angina pectoris,compounds targets network of Juhua JST and compounds stable angina pectoris targets network of JST.Results the results of network analy-sis have preliminarily revealed that there were 12 predicted targets of JST stable angina pectoris,and the results showed that the main biological processes included steroid hormone receptor activity,tumor necrosis factor receptor binding and oxidoreductase ac-tivity. Conclusion The components of mode of JST may effect in treatment of stable angina pectoris of CHD multi target,by multi pathway.
