The animal model of focal cerebral ischemia plays an important role in the investigation of pathophysiology,pathogenesis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.The paper summarizes animal selection,modeling method,model improvement method and the lat-est research progress of focal cerebral ischemia animal model and so on.%局灶性脑缺血动物模型对于研究缺血性脑血管病发生、发展的病理生理学机制尤为重要。本研究概述局灶性脑缺血动物模型的动物选择、建模方法、模型改良方法以及最新研究进展。
