目的：探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合磷酸肌酸在冠心病合并心力衰竭病人心功能中的临床运用效果。方法选取本院2012年12月—2014年12月就诊的120例冠心病合并心力衰竭病人为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组。对照组病人给予常规治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊联合磷酸肌酸治疗,两周为1个疗程。比较两组病人治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、空腹血清脂联素(APN)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT proBNP)水平及心功能改善情况。结果治疗前 LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF 在两组病人之间比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组病人 LVEDD、LVESD均较对照组低,LVEF较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组病人 APN、NT proBNP比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组 APN、NT proBNP均较治疗前下降,观察组 APN、NT proBNP均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为81.67%,明显高于对照组有效率56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合磷酸肌酸可有效改善冠心病合并心力衰竭病人心功能,降低血清脂联素水平。%Objective To investigate the effects of Qili Qiangxin capsule(QQC)and creatine phosphate on serum adiponectin level and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with heart failure(HF).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CHD complicated with HF were selected from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital as the research object,and were divided into two groups:control group treated with routine treatment,and observation group treated with routine treatment plus QQC and creatine phosphate for two weeks.The left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter (LVEDd),left ventricu-lar contraction end diastolic diameter (LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),fasting serum adiponectin and amino terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP)level and cardiac function were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,LVEDd,LVESD in observation group was lower than that in control group,LVEF was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum adiponectin and NT proBNP in two groups were decreased,which in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 81.67% in observation group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(56.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion QQC and creatine phosphate can reduce serum adiponectin lev-els,and improve the heart function in patients with CHD complicated with HF.
