通窍活血汤对脑出血病人神经功能和血肿体积影响的Meta分析

摘要

目的 系统评价通窍活血汤对脑出血病人神经功能和血肿体积影响,为临床上通窍活血汤治疗脑出血病人应用提供参考.方法 收集中国知网、维普、万方数据库有关通窍活血汤加入脑出血常规治疗方案文献,通过文献纳入标准进行选择文献,同时采用排除标准进行文献排除,采用Review Manager 5.1汇总分析神经功能缺损(CNIS)评分和血肿体积.结果 ①共纳入文献11篇,11篇关于神经功能缺损(CNIS)评分,4篇关于血肿体积;②通窍活血汤联合组对神经功能缺损评分降低显著性优于常规治疗组(MSD=-3.96,Z=7.46,P＜0.00001);③通窍活血汤联合组对血肿体积降低要显著性优于常规治疗组(MSD＝－5.83,Z＝9.53,P＜0.00001).结论 通窍活血汤联合治疗可明显降低病人的CNIS评分和血肿体积,有利于病人神经功能的保护、减少血肿体积.%Objective To assess the effects of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction (THD) and conventional treatment for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The three major domestic online journals about THD and the routine treatment of cerebral hemorrhage by literature collection.The literature was selected by the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria were excluded and exclusion criteria were used to exclude literature.Review Manager 5.1 was used to analyze the consistency and heterogeneity of CNIS score and hematoma volume.Results After exclusion criteria, a total of 11 studies were included, of which CNIS score of neurological deficit, 4 studies were volume of hematoma.THD combined with group score of neural function defect was significantly better than the conventional treatment group (MSD =-3.96,Z=7.46,P<0.000 01).THD combined group to reduce the volume of hematoma should be significantly better than the conventional treatment group(MSD=-5.83,Z=9.53,P<0.000 01).Conclusion THD combined therapy can significantly reduce the neurological function defect score of CNIS and hematoma volume, are conducive to the protection of nerve function and reduce hematoma volume.
