Objective:To observe the effects of Yishen xiezhuo Recipe on renal function ( including the serum level of blood urea nitrogen( BUN ), creatinine( Cr ) and uric acid( UA ) ) and pathology in rats with gouty nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure. Methods: Rats were divided randomly into several groups: model groups of gouty nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure could be established by feeding with fodder yeast and adenine by gastrogavage, and then treated with Allopurinol Tables, Yishen xiezhuo Recipe respectively. Normal control group was fed with normal chew and saline only by gastrogavage. Serum level of BUN, Cr and UA were monitored. Meanwhile the pathological changes of rats kidney were observed. Results: Five weeks later , serum BUN, Cr and UA in model groups were higher than the normal control group ( P <0. 05 ). Pathological changes as gouty nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure occurred. Compared with model group, the serum UA level dropped significantly in allopurinol group ( P <0. 05 ), the serum Cr level dropped significantly in high - dose Yishen xiezhuo Recipe group ( P <0. 05 ). Pathology resolution in high - dose Yishen xiezhuo Recipe group was better than allopurinol group. Conclusion: Yishen xiezhuo Recipe group could protect renal function, repair renal pathologh in rats with gouty nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure.%目的:观察益肾泄浊方对痛风性肾病并发慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸的影响及肾脏病理组织学变化的影响.方法:将大鼠随机分组处理:模型组予高酵母饲料喂养及腺嘌呤灌胃,建立痛风性肾病并发慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型;同时分别以别嘌醇、益肾泄浊方干预;正常对照组给予普通大鼠颗粒饲料喂养,生理盐水灌胃.监测大鼠血清尿酸、肌酐及尿素氮水平的变化,同时观察大鼠肾脏病理改变.结果:与正常对照组比,第5周末模型组大鼠尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸增高,P<0.05,肾脏病理为痛风性肾病并发慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型改变;与模型组比较,别嘌醇组血尿酸明显下降,P<0.05;益肾泄浊方大剂量组血肌酐下降明显,P<0.05;益肾泄浊方大剂量组病理修复最好,别嘌醇组次之.结论:益肾泄浊方可以保护痛风性肾病并发慢性肾衰竭大鼠肾功能、修复肾脏病理.
