目的 建立虫草安肺片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,选用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.025 mol/L磷酸水溶液(5:95)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为210nm.结果 盐酸麻黄碱在1.950～5.850μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r＝0.9999),平均回收率为99.08%,RSD＝3.01%,拖尾因子为1.03.结论 本方法快速,简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制虫草安肺片制剂的质量.%Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Chongcaoanfei Tablets. Methods HPLC method was carried on Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.025 mol/L phosphate (5: 95), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 1.950～5.850 μg (r=0.999 9) and the tailing factor was 1.03. The average recovery was 99.08％ and RSD was 3.01％. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Chongcaoanfei tablets.
