目的建立舒通安泰胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄素、大黄酚的含量,色谱柱为Thermo C18柱(5µm,4.0 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),检测波长为254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果大黄素的进样量在0.016～0.080µg之间时,进样量与峰面积积分值之间呈良好线性关系,r＝0.9996。大黄酚的进样量在0.032～0.160µg 时,进样量与峰面积积分值之间呈良好线性关系,r＝0.9998。结论本测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于舒通安泰胶囊的质量控制。%Objective To establish a quality standard of Shutongantai Capsules. Methods Thermo C18 column was used with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 254 nm, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Emodin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.016-0.080 µg (r=0.999 6). Chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.032-0.160 µg (r=0.999 8). Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Shutongantai Capsules.
