Objectives:To study the efficacy and safety of narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation combined with desonide cream in the treatment of vitiligo of balanus.Methods:150 patients with vitiligo of balanus in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group 1 (50 cases),treatment group 2 (50 cases) and combined group (50 cases).Treatment group 1 were treated with desonide cream;treatment group 2 were treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation and the combined group was treated by ultraviolet irradiation combined with desonide cream.All the three groups were treated for a course of treatment (3 months / course of treatment).The therapeutic effect and safety of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of skin lesions of the combined group was as high as 84％,while that of the other two groups was only 68％ and 64％,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The pigment integration of combined group was significantly higher than that of treatment groups,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation combined with desonide cream in the treatment of vitiligo glans has good curative effect with less adverse reaction,which can be widely used in clinic.%目的:研究窄谱紫外线照射联合地奈德乳膏外用治疗龟头白癜风的有效性和安全性.方法:选取2014年1月至2016年1月在我院就诊治疗的龟头白癜风患者150例,随机均分为三组:治疗1组:患者50例,仅用地奈德乳膏外用治疗;治疗2组:患者50例,仅采用紫外线照射治疗;联合治疗组:患者50例,将紫外线照射与地奈德乳膏外用联合应用治疗患者.三组均治疗1个疗程(3个月/疗程),治疗后,比较三组患者治疗前后的疗效及安全性.结果:联合组患者的皮损总有效率(84％)均明显高于其他两治疗组(68％、64％),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合组色素积分均较其他两治疗组增高,差异明显(P＜0.05);三组于治疗后不良反应发生率之间无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:窄谱紫外线照射联合地奈德乳膏外用治疗龟头白癜风具有良好的临床疗效,且不良反应少,可广泛应用在临床中.
