十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗中老年男性性腺功能减退症临床研究

摘要

目的:研究十一酸睾酮胶丸对中老年男性性腺功能减退症的临床治疗效果.方法:选择院内收治的120例中老年男性性腺功能减退患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组给予十一酸睾酮胶丸40mg bid进行治疗,对照组给予六味地黄软胶囊3粒bid进行治疗,治疗3个月后对两组性功能、性交次数、性生活满意度、体能状态及精神神经状态进行对比、分析.结果:治疗后两组IIEF评分、性交次数及性生活满意度较治疗前显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且观察组改善更加显著,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后两组KPS评分显著升高,而HAMD评分显著降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且观察组改善情况更加明显,组间比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:对于中老年男性性腺功能减退症的患者而言,十一酸睾酮胶丸不仅能提高患者性功能,而且还能在一定程度上改善其精神神经状态,值得在临床中推广使用.%Objectives:To research the clinical effect of testosterone undecanoate capsules in middle-and -old-aged patients with male hypogonadism.Methods:120 middle-and-old-aged patients with male hypogonadism were chosen and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table methods.Patients in observation group were treated by the testosterone undecanoate capsules 40 mg bid,and patients in the control group were treated by liuwei dihuang capsule,three months after treatment.The sexual function,frequency of sex,sexual satisfaction,physical condition and mental state between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:① The IIEF score,number of sex and sexual satisfaction in the two groups after treatment were improved significantly than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group improved more significantly,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).② The KPS score in two groups after treatment was improved significantly than that before treatment,with statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05),more significant in the observation group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:For the middle-and-old-aged male hypogonadism patients,testosterone undecanoate capsules can not only improve the patients’ sexual function,but also improve the status of mental nerve,which is worth popularizing in clinical.
