2007-2011年我院临床生化检验室间质评部分结果的统计分析

摘要

Objective Through the statistical analysis of the EQA of the clinical biochemical examination in a hospital, to discover the existing problems and its improvement, and to improve the biochemical quality. Methods We statistically ana-lyzed the results of the EQA of the clinical biochemical examination from 2007 to 2011 years. Based on the unified evaluation standard of the Ministry of health examination center, we used index score (VIS) and test (PT) to evaluate. Results The an-nual average variance of all parameters of controlled single detection was decreasing year by year, the annual average excellence rate and passing rate increased year by year, and the annual average total excellence rate and passing rate increased year by year. Conclusion Analysis of the clinical biochemistry laboratory EQA results improved the accuracy of clinical biochemical test re-sults and comparability, and positively caused the clinical biochemical level to improve, so we suggest it should be persistent.%目的：通过对我院临床生化检验室间质评部分结果的统计分析，发现存在的问题并对其进行改进，提高生化检验质量。方法统计分析2007-2011年我院临床生化检验室间质评部分结果，按卫生部临检中心统一评价标准，采用变异指数得分(VIS)和能力验证(PT)两种方法进行评价。结果在5年生化检验室间质评结果分析中发现，各参控单项检测年平均变异数在逐年下降，年平均优秀率和及格率都在逐年上升，年总平均优秀率和及格率在逐年提高。结论我院通过临床生化检验室间质评部分结果的分析提高了临床生化检验结果的准确性和可比性，这对于临床生化检验水平的提高起到积极的促进作用，因此建议应将其深入持久化。
