建立现代医院管理制度的目标与关键问题和路径

摘要

建立现代医院管理制度是公立医院改革发展的必然趋势.从世界主要国家和我国公立医院改革的背景出发,分析了建立现代医院管理制度的目标和需要解决的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了建立现代医院管理制度的路径.%Building a contemporary hospital management system is inevitable in the reform and development of public hospitals in China.With a background introduction to public hospital reform in major countries and China,this article named the goals and analyzed the main problems in the establishment of a contemporary hospital management system.On such basis,the authors proposed the roadmap to establish such a system.
