住院医师规范化培训“五位一体”管理模式构建与实施

摘要

介绍了医院通过改革创新，构建“五位一体”住院医师规范化培训管理模式的内涵，并分别从基地医院管理是根本保障、专业基地管理是坚实基础、志愿者管理是补充和完善、导师管理是提升措施、用人单位参与是重要手段5个方面，深入阐述了此模式的实施路径。%The essay introduced the connotation of standardized training‐management mode for residents referred to as�Five‐in‐one" . Implementation approach for this mode is elaborated in the following five aspects respectively.These approaches include the hospital base management as the fundamental guarantee ,professional base management as the solid foundation ,volunteers management as the supplement and perfection , tutors management as the enhancing measures , and institutional involvement as the essential means .
