术中超声在肝脏恶性肿瘤切除中的应用

摘要

Intraoperative ultrasonography (US) is the very important tool for liver surgery which not only provides the operating surgeon with useful real-time diagnostic and staging information that may result in an alteration in the planned surgical approach,but also provides the guidance for hepatectomy,vessel patency and intraoperative tumor ablation procedures.The indications,equipment,techniques and the benefits and limitations as well as future expectations are discussed.%术中超声是肝脏手术必不可少的重要工具,不仅能对术中病灶进行实时诊断和分期,对于手术方案的修正和优化决策至关重要,同时能够辅助肝脏切除,评估血管的通畅性和术中消融治疗.本文从术中超声的适应证、所需设备的技术参数、术中超声的技术和优缺点以及展望对肝切除术中超声进行阐述.
