围手术期心理护理干预对主动脉夹层患者不良情绪和治疗依从性的影响

摘要

目的 观察围手术期心理护理干预对主动脉夹层患者不良情绪和治疗依从性的影响.方法 选取2016年6月至2017年5月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的69例主动脉夹层患者,按随机数表法分为A、B两组.A组患者接受常规护理,B组患者在常规护理的基础上接受围手术期心理护理干预.对比两组患者护理前后HAMD和HRSD评分;统计两组患者治疗依从性良好率;对比两组患者护理满意度评分.结果 B组患者护理后HAMD和HRSD评分低于A组(P＜0.05);B组患者治疗依从性良好率(77.12％)高于A组(44.12％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);A组患者护理满意度评分[(77.63±5.58)分]低于B组[(90.0l±4.97)分],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 围手术期心理护理干预可有效缓解主动脉夹层患者不良情绪,且能提高患者治疗依从性和护理满意度,具有临床推广价值.%Objective To observe the effect of perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion and treatment compliance of patients with aortic dissection.Methods A total of 69 patients with aortic dissection treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June of 2016 to May of 2017 were randomly divided into group A and group B.Patients in group A received routine nursing,while patients in group B received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.HAMD and HRSD scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The rate of good treatment compliance of the two groups was calculated.The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results HAMD and HRSD scores of patients in group B were lower than those in group A after nursing (P ＜ 0.05).The good rate of treatment compliance in group B (77.12％) was higher than that in group A (44.12％),and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of group A was (77.63 ±5.58) scores,and that of group B was (90.0l ±4.97) scores.The nursing satisfaction score of group A was lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing intervention can effectively relieve the negative emotion of patients with aortic dissection,and can improve the patient's treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.It has the value of clinical promotion.
