目的 探讨家庭因素对青少年婚前性行为的影响.方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法选取上海市辖区内15~24岁未婚青少年进行问卷调查.结果 青少年婚前性行为发生率为12.7%,其中男性16.8%,女性8.7%.青少年性行为家庭影响因素Cox回归模型显示,性别(HR=1.706)、文化程度(大专/职校HR=0.683;大学及以上HR=0.476)、家庭经济状况(HR=1.155)、家庭性信息评分(HR=0.893)、子女对父母支持评分(HR=0.934)、父母是否要求按时回家(HR=0.839)以及遇到困难是否向父母求助(HR=0.640)等变量对青少年婚前性行为有影响.结论 家庭因素对青少年婚前性行为发生有着很大的影响作用,父母应及时有针对性地为子女提供相关的性知识和性教育.%Objective To explore effect on family-related factors influencing premarital sex of adolescents Methods We chose unmarried adolescents aged 15 to 24 among communities in Shanghai city through multi-staged stratified cluster sam-pling. Results The prevalence of sex behavior among unmarried adolescent of Shanghai was 12. 7%,including 16. 8% for male and 8. 7% for female. According to the results of the Cox model analysis,we learn that the sex behavior of unmarried adolescent were associated with family-related factors such as sex,education,family economy,family sex-information score,children sup-port for parents score,'parents ask children to go home on time or not' and'asking for help to parents when facing difficulties or not' . Conclusion Premarital sex of adolescents was greatly influenced by family-related factors. Parents should timely and contrapuntally provide sex knowledge and sex education for their children.
