运用Topsis法对放射卫生监督工作质量进行多指标综合评价

摘要

Objective: To investigate the feasibility of Topsis supervision method application in the comprehensive evaluation on radiological health. Methods:to examine Tianjin 2015 radiation treatment equipment, radioactive workplace, radiation workers' occupational health care table data, using TOPSIS method comprehensive evaluation and ordering of Tianjin city within the jurisdiction of the county of radiation hygiene supervision work. Results:the radiation hygiene super⁃vision work well for M, P, T,UDistrict;work poor for D,L, S, CDistrict, consistent with the results of statistical analysis and the actual situation. Conclusion:To compare the quality of scientific and objective reaction in the county of radiation hy⁃giene supervision work Topsis method can better guidance to the comprehensive evaluation of radiation hygiene supervi⁃sion, has certain practical value.%目的：探讨Topsis法在放射卫生监督综合评价中应用的可行性。方法以天津市2015年放射诊疗设备、放射工作场所、放射工作人员职业健康监护等检查表为资料，采用Topsis法对天津市辖区内各区县放射卫生监督工作进行综合评价并排序。结果放射卫生监督工作好的区县为M、P、T、U；较差的区县为D、L、S、C，统计分析结果与实际状况基本相符。结论Topsis法能够比较客观、科学地反映各区县的放射卫生监督工作质量，可以较好地指导对放射卫生监督进行综合评价，有一定的实用价值。
